Hosted by Softball Austin, the Texas Shootout is one of the largest GLTB sports events in central Texas. Last year we welcomed teams from as far away as Portland, OR and Tampa, FL, with more than 800 players, coaches and fans coming to Austin, TX for what is quickly becoming one of the hottest tournaments in the nation.
The Texas Shootout is a B/C/D Open Division tournament and a C/D Womens Division tournament.
We are once again hosting TWO tournaments, the Open Division Tournament, May 3-5th and the Women’s Tournament June 1-2nd.
Softball Austin is a proud member of the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA), the Amateur Sports Alliance of North America (ASANA) and the Amateur Softball Association (ASA).
